The body knows the mouth won't say

You know, I'm really tired. In Florida for a couple days of study and family vacation, and all I want to do is sleep. My bones ache. Advent and Christmas were particularly tiring. And some of my "down time" has been pretty busy.

Yawn. Would go back to bed, but have too much to do.
