Going to Church

Went to worship with my wife today. She was playing the organ for the First United Presbyterian Church of the Lackawanna Valley, which is worshiping at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church in Olyphant.

Make sense? Only if you know the Rev. Virginia Miner, the pastor of the Presbyterian flock down there.

So I sneaked into the organ loft at the back of the sanctuary, and quietly saluted the preacher during "O Beautiful for Spacious Skies." She was very good. I can understand why Jamie likes playing the organ for her.
